The book was designed by Rob Carmichael, SEEN and was printed by Keegan Cooke at Circadian Press.
Paul Kelly is the best within his field, his filmography includes a series of documentaries on disappearing London (in collaboration with Saint Etienne), Lawrence Of Belgravia and Take Three Girls: The Dolly Mixture Story.
