SADLY ALL REMAINING COPIES HAVE A SMALL SEAM SPLIT DOWN THE SPINE.

Green Peppers is the pseudonym of Scottish musician Jim McCulloch, founding member of the Soup Dragons, BMX Bandits, Superstar and Snowgoose.

Green Peppers released 3 stunningly beautiful folk/rock albums between 2004 and 2008. These 3 albums - Joni's Garden, Domino Mornings and Adventures In The Slipstream - are packed full of melodic invention, hazy beauty and pastoral warmth.

Retrospectively Yours is a compilation of the very best of Jim's music. Joined by various Scottish music scene notables - Justin Currie (Del Amitri) and Melanie Whittle (The Hermit Crabs) amongst them, the album also includes Jim's vocal version of It's Hard to Kill a Bad Thing, a track he originally wrote as an instrumental for the Isobel Campbell / Mark Lanegan collaboration, Ballad of the Broken Seas.

This is a graceful and surefooted collection from one of the sweetest guys to make his way through the glorious mess of the Bellshill (by Motherwell) Beat.
